These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, tools, dashboards, and software integrations operated by Saura Agency (“Saura”, “we”, “us”). By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The services
Saura provides marketing services and a set of internal and client-facing web tools, including financial dashboards that connect to third-party accounting and payment platforms (such as QuickBooks Online and Payoneer) to display transaction and reporting data. Access to certain tools is restricted to authorised Saura team members and clients.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share access, attempt to reach data you are not authorised to view, or interfere with the services.
3. Third-party integrations
Where you connect a third-party account (for example an accounting or payment provider), you authorise Saura to access and process the data needed to provide the requested feature. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which stops further data access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, or using them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the services.
5. Intellectual property
The services, including their design, code, and content, are owned by Saura or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Data shown in dashboards is drawn from third-party sources and may be delayed or incomplete; it is not financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saura is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
